Apparently the Jersey Shore cast didn't think they were making enough on the first season. So, they're trying to play hardball with MTV to get a raise. Sources say that the cast has rejected a whopping $5000 per episode with a $10000 sign on bonus. But since the show was such a hit, with 4.8 million people watching it per week, the Jersey shore guidos and guidettes demand more. Sources say that MTV bumped it up to $10000 per episode but haven't responded to that yet, so that's the Situation, for now at least.

Vin Considers Law School

If Vinny's being a member on the Jersey Shore doesn't pay off, at least he has a plan to fall back on.
He tells UsMagazine that he had a 3.9 GPA and can get into law school but doesn't want to deal with all the work that goes along with it. He'd much rather be fist pumping up at the club or tanning on the beach. He states that he's much happier enjoying the fame that comes along with being on the Jersey Shore, and law school is always on the back burner in case his fame diminishes. So looks like Vinny Guadagnino isn't going to law school any time soon, if 4.8 million people keep watching the show like last season, Vinny won't have to turn to the "academic route" he'll just keep doing the obvious... pumping his fists.

Miami Beach The New "Jersey Shore?"

As many of you may be wondering, where will Season 2 of 'Jersey Shore' take place? It has been confirmed that it will be taking place in Miami Beach, Florida. The cast will be heading down there for some more partying, tanning, hooking up, breaking up, making up(hopefully not in Sammi and Ronnie's case,) fist fights, tanning, and overall livin' it up the only way those Guido's know how!

Personally, I'm not too happy about the 'new location' for the next season, mainly because I heard the rumor about it being in Hampton Beach and I was really excited about that, so when I heard it was all a lie I was pretty bummed. But seriously, MTV should've asked me first! Oh well, who knows, maybe Miami Beach is the ideal place for them to be spending their summer together, once again.

J-WOWW Doesnt Stay Thin By Going To The Gym

We definitely won't be seeing Jenni "J-WOWW" Farley at the gym in season two.
"I have not worked out since the show" she admits to PEOPLE, but she also says that she hasn't gained weight either.
So how does she stay so thin? She says she thinks its just sleep deprivation and just running around and being active, she admits at her 25th birthday party.
J-WOWW says she's good and doesn't want to change for the second season, just wants to lay low and still be lazy.

Jersey Shore $$$$ !

It seems that taking Jersey Shore off the air (until the next season,) has only made these Guido's and Guidette's that much more popular. During the first season, they averages about over 2 million viewers a week, some say that the numbers might double for season 2, due to all their publicity.

The question is, how much do they make?! Sources say that out of all of them, Snooki is making the most! Wow Snooks, turns out those punches to the face were well worth it. Snooki is generating around 10,000 for each appearance that she makes, (clubs, events, etc.) Meanwhile, her fellow castmates Mike (The Situation,) and DJ Pauly D are rounding up about 7,500 for each appearance. Sadly, JWoww Ronnie, and Sammi average a little less than that, I wonder why!? Maybe if Sammi wasn't such a drama queen half the time, she'd be making big bucks like Snooki. GO SNOOKS!

Jersey Shore Cast Members Very Active On Twitter..

Looking through a few of the cast members Twitters, I came across a few that I thought were entertaining. I also had no idea how close the cast members really were, I thought that it was all just a rumor or an act, and that they might have drifted off due to all the publicity. But, in reality they usually travel in a pack, or at least in pairs. Showing up to events together as much as they possibly can, making it known that they're one big happy Guido, pickle eating, fist pumping, break dancing, gym, tanning, and laundry folding loving family, and that of course, they care about each other.

Remember the 'pickle prank' DJ Pauly D and The Situation played on Snooki's pickle obsessive tanned a**? Well, they sure didn't forget..

Pauly D sent Snooki a juicy picture via Twitter..

Even when Pauly and Mike pranked her the first time, she was really cool about it, her only concern was wasting the pickles! Snooki seems like a pretty down to earth girl, and not such a drama queen like fellow cast member Sammi (cough cough) "Sweetheart." Whom by the way doesn't even have a Twitter.. hmm, feeling a little anti-social?

Of course, you can also see The Situations ever so cocky attitude sprung out all over Twitter, he's such a character, isn't he?

Only George Lopez Can Scramble-Up ''Jersey Shore'' With The Best Picture Nominees..

MTV'S newest crazy and outspoken crew, part of hit reality show Jersey Shore, are getting some more camera action by reenacting some scenes from a few Oscar nominated films for George Lopez’s late night show, “Lopez Tonight,” which airs Monday through Thursdays on TBS at 11 PM ET, and the parodies including the Jersey Shore cast will run March 1st through March 4th.

In the first reenactment from “Lopez Tonight’s” March 1 episode, it shows Paul Delevcchio (DJ Pauly D), and Ronnie Magro playing dress up for their version of Best Picture nominee “The Hurt Locker.”

Nicole (Snooki) Polizzi, Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino, Sammi (Sweetheart.. yeah right) Giancola, Jenni (JWOWW) Farley, will feature their own versions of scenes from films like "Up In The Air", "Precious", “Inglourious Basterds,” “The Blind Side” and of course, “Avatar.”

Will Season 2 Be The Best Series Ever!?

The Situation (Mike Sorrentino) is fairly confident that Jersey Shore’s second season will be more than pleasing to its MTV fans. “Season 1 was the best reality show in history,” he told the Chicago Tribune. “Season 2 may be the best series ever. It’s going to be legendary.”

The Situation claims that he's not preparing any material for the upcoming season, hes going to just go with the flow and do what he does best, entertain. “I don’t save material,” he said. “That’s called being on the spot.”

In addition to that, as for the future cast members, The Situation wasn't so certain if Ronnie and 'Sammi not so Sweet-heart' were still together, but other sources claim that they're not..“I think they broke up..I have no clue,” he said. The Situation also told the Tribune that hes always going to be up front and center in the show, no matter where the cast members are at, hes going to always remain focused.. “I run that house,” he said. “Ronnie and Sammi are the cartoon section. I’m the front page.”

Ronnie Appologizes!

Now, we've all seen or heard of Jersey Shore star Ronnie Margo's anti-gay comments in the un-aired footage that was recently placed on YouTube, but Ronnie seems to be turning over a new leaf. He recently apologized in a sincere manor about his homophobic rants via Twitter.

"“I apologize to my fans, In the heat of the moment i said a lot of things i didnt mean and im very sorry,” Ronnie Tweeted. “i love my creepy fans.”

Aw Ronnie, don't worry you little juice head! Your fans will always love you, just keep hitting the gym!

Anti-Gay Slurs From Ronnie Might Get Him Into Some Trouble With His Fans..

As we all know there is a large diverse fan group for the Jersey Shore show, and it's a good thing that they appeal to many different people, but I'm not so sure that the shows Gay and Lesbian fans will be so delighted about Ronnie Margo's unnecessary anti-gay slurs that were shown in the uncut version of one of the episodes.

This behind the scenes footage has been recently posted up on YouTube, releasing the homophobic side of Ronnie that nobody really knew about. During the scene he got caught shouting some inappropriate comments to the man he later on gets into a physical fight with. I wonder how the Gay and Lesbian fans are taking it.. will they still watch the next season!?

Snooki And Vin Play Dress Up

From what it looks like.. Since the cast members have been in LA for "promotional interviews" (which obviously means partying too), Vin's become a member of the military and Snooks left her boyfriend for Mario Lopez, uh-oh watch out Emilio... Following twitter we also gathered that J-WOWW came down with a little bit of a fever.

Snooks, Emilio, & Vin Keep Pumpin Fists... Even After The Roof Collapses

Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, and others were partying Saturday Feb. 27th at New York City's Sony Plaza, when all the sudden the roof collapsed. Glass was shattered upon guests when the glass atrium weighed down with ice and snow dropped on the party.

Alongside Snooks, was her boyfriend Emilio, and Jersey shore cast member Vinny Guadagnino. Some guests were injured, & even had to be sent to the hospital. Luckily, Snooki, Emilio, and Vinny seemed unaffected by this & didn't let it ruin their fist pumpin good times at all, they just kept on dancing.

Snooki tweets later, "The roof may have fallen and no one got hurt, but the party still goes on!"

Get ready for a lot of changes in the next season of Jersey Shore. We're so used to seeing Snooki act in a wild and single manner, and going after all the juice heads. But now that she has a boyfriend, it doesn't look like we're gonna be seeing much of that next season. The question is, are they really serious about eachother? Boyfriend Emilio Antonio and Snooks are completely whipped on each other. Snooki's been blabbing on and on about her new guido dream man, and Emilio's been doing the same about his Poughkeepsie Queen.

Jenni "J-WOWW" Farley claims she didn't like any of her wardrobe on the first season of Jersey Shore. The yellow scarf she transformed into a shirt (magic!), the fishnet stockings... apparently those will all just be trashy memories of what she used to wear, because as it seems her fashion choices will not be returning to season two, or at least if she's not "sick" during the shooting of the show again.

Jersey Shore Cast Members True Ethnicities!?

Jersey Shore cast member Jenni "J-Woww" Farley reveals some shocking information with Fox News earlier last week.

While discussing about the show and why they were on it to begin with, J-Woww explains how they were not intentionally trying to represent "guidos," or Italians, or New Jersey in general. They were just hanging around their favorite vacation spot, trying to enjoy their summer with new friends.
Discussing the show, J-Woww explains some facts to back up her reasons on why they're not trying to represent Italians, such as the fact that her and co cast member Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, AREN'T EVEN FROM THE ITALIAN DESCENT!

And we all thought Snooki was the Guidette Queen of Poughkeepsie? How could that be when in fact, she is Chilean. In addition to that, she confessed to Fox that cast member Ronnie is a mixture of a half Italian half Spanish breed. J-Woww herself claims to be half Irish and half Spanish, hence the last name "Farley."

I suppose that everyone was just too quick to judge the definition of "guido" and "guidette," assuming that it had to be strictly Italian. According to J-Woww, "being 'guido' is a lifestyle and the scene that we’re in..it’s not like Italian.”

Ronnie Beats More Than the Beat

As we all know, Season 1 of Jersey Shore included a good amount of violence between the cast and other civilians. Cast member Ronnie, hit a man after a few "shots" of name calling. Although he pleaded self-defense, he was still arrested for his wrong doings. The man, (image on right,) whose downfall was public on the show, now wants the footage prevented from being released on the Season 1 DVD.

Steven Izzo Jr. (man who was punched,) has gathered a bunch of attorneys whom will be trying to convince the judge to ban the distribution of the DVD'S all together. Sources say that the attorneys believe that Ronnie Ortiz should not benefit from his disorderly conduct and assault, but punished. Ronnie recently reported to People magazine that the assault charges were dropped.

This comes to show that although a little action is always entertaining, the cast members of Jersey Shore should stick to more fist to air activities, rather than fist to face.

Ronnie & his "sweetheart" girlfriend finally called it quits- barely even talking to each other anymore, the former couple supposedly can't even be in the same room together. Sources state that all hell broke loose when Ronnie saw the behind the scenes footage of Sammi and co cast member The Situation during the MTV reunion, canoodling with each other behind Ronnies brolic steroid infested little back. Sources also say the couple have canceled several events that they were scheduled to appear at together. Hm, tisk tisk Sammi, turns out your not such a sweetheart after all.
